Better than the photographs

We have rented on St. Simons for eleven years and this is the best house we have stayed in. The rooftop at sunset is exactly as advertised, and someone actually answered the phone when we had a question.

Faultless from start to finish

Booking was straightforward, the check-in instructions arrived when they said they would, and the house was spotless. The beach access is genuinely private, which we had not quite believed.

Three generations of us and nobody was on top of anybody. The kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner, which is not something I expected.

Easy booking, immaculate property, and the owners clearly care. We were sent a list of restaurants that was better than anything online.

The pool was heated exactly as promised in March, which made the trip. Cottage was small but perfectly formed and steps from everything.

We have already rebooked

Second year running. Same house, same week, and we booked next year before we left. The golf cart is worth every penny.

Quiet, comfortable and immaculately clean. The outdoor shower after the beach is a small thing that makes a big difference.

Excellent, with one note

Everything was as described and the location cannot be beaten. The only thing I would mention is that the stairs are steep — worth knowing if anyone in your party struggles with them.
